Customer Charter: We have a charter to ensure our standard of service remains high and we independently survey our clients for feedback and to seek improvements.

In the earlier section we talked about the “get it right first time” and “zero harm” approach, be believe this is achievable by getting off to a good start on a contract. A good start means that both Power Testing Limited and the Client are clear over who is responsible for what, and where this is not clear we work together to mutually agree and allocate ownership.

We can understand and execute ‘duty holders’ responsibilities and understand the importance of pre-construction health and safety information, and ensure our employees have adequate training to meet the clients’ needs in this respect.

To ensure we work proactively with our customers and clients, we can attend and proactively contribute to site progress and programme planning meetings required.

Over the decades we have been operating we have built up a wealth of positive industry relationships, which we can call upon if required to help our clients trouble shoot any challenges if they are outside of our core competence.

We ask our clients to participate in a short survey conducted by a third party, to help us strive to constantly improve and change our services to meet our clients’ needs. We are accustomed to working to CDM Regulations 2007, both as a ‘Principal Contractor’ (PC) and a ‘Contractor’ working under the clients PC Licence.
