The Task
Power Testing were asked to attend site to perform Maintenance on selected switchgear and assets in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers guidelines.
Works involved Power Testing performing Intrusive and Non-Intrusive Maintenance, with all asset full Maintenance and testing inclusive of PFC Maintenance, Transformer Oil Samples and Thermal Imaging.
The Intrusive Maintenance was performed on 84 different assets in 8 different locations, including the HV Transformer, Chillers and Main Switch rooms.
Working closely with Aldi, Power Testing completed the maintenance on site to industry standards, without incident or delay fulfilling all aspects of the contract, to a high Health and Safety standard.
Full report including potential remedial works sent to the client within the arranged time frame.
