The Task
PTL were requested to provide all equipment, materials and labour necessary to undertake the supply and installation of 3 new temporary package substations inclusive of all HV cabling works as per industry standards.
Due to the vast amount of varying installations and assets carried out on site, safety and strategic planning is always paramount.
Works involved Power Testing Ltd. organizing the supply, install and commissioning of 3 refurbished temporary substations.
PTL provided the supply, install and termination from the existing substations into the new temporary substations, confirming the usability of the current substations via inspection, in addition to ensuring that the substations earthing design was fit for purpose and up to standard.
Power Testing Ltd completed the works in the allocated timeframe and to industry standard whilst ensuring that all current additional measures where adhered to.
